Order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

Please note, that orders containing more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.

Domestic Orders: 3-5 Business Days

International Orders: 5-8 Business Days

If you place an international order, duty fees need to be paid in order to receive your package. We won't incur duty fee costs. Please check with your third-party courier. Shipping information will be sent to you via email. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Replacements/Refunds: Report damaged items within 14 days. Lost packages claims within 14 days post delivery.

EXEMPTIONS: No refunds for wrong address or unclaimed shipments. Buyer's remorse not refunded; returns & exchanges at your expense. Customs rejection returns not refunded. Once your order is placed it is automatically fulfilled.

International customers will be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receiving their orders. These charges are not determined by VitaHealth and cannot be prepaid by us. Instead, you are responsible for covering these costs yourselves.
